Tania

Tania qualified as a Diagnostic Radiographer in 2001 from the University of Wales College of Medicine in Cardiff. After qualifying she began work at the County Hospital Hereford and over the next few years gained experience in general x-ray, fluoroscopy, CT, dental and Theatre work. She was selected from within the department to study at Birmingham University for the PGCert in Appendicular reporting in 2005. She completed the PGDip in 2010 after passing the Axial reporting course. Her current role is as an Advanced Radiographer Practitioner, reporting plain films of the appendicular and axial skeleton from all referral sources. In house teaching of image interpretation to Radiographers, students and Radiology Registrars is also part of her role.

HOW TO USE THE PACKETS

The cases are saved as ZIP DICOM FOLDERS. Please download and then remove from the Zip folder. You can use any of the available viewers to review them. I personally prefer Radiant Viewer.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU OPEN UP THE ENTIRE PACKET AT ONE GO IT MAY NOT LOAD IN THE ORDER 1,2,3,4 ETC BUT MORE 4,2,3,7 ETC. HOWEVER, THIS SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM AS PROVIDED YOU LABEL THE ANSWERS CORRECTLY, WHEN YOU GO THROUGH THEM YOU WILL NOT GET CONFUSED. ALTERNATIVELY, YOU CAN TRANSFER THEM AS INDIVIDUAL FILES.
