ADVIRTISED FRCR MINDSET WEBINARS ARE IN BRITISH STANDARD TIME.
NO CURRENT DATES FOR FREE WEBINARS
For OLD CASES FROM PREVIOUS WEBINARS PLEASE VISIT INSTAGRAM AMARADIOLOGY2020
FORMAT: Three to five delegates are invited to receive a MOCK VIVA during the session. Delegates selected to be examined are asked to prepare a power point with four cases. These are reviewed by the faculty and only used in the webinar if they are deemed of good learning value. Delegate providing the cases will be invited to co-examine one of the other participants. THIS WAY EVERYONE WHO HAS CONTRIBUTED CASES GETS A CHANCE TO PRESENT.
- Structured presentation tailored for the 2B viva exam.
- Better understanding of management.
- Collecting cases and having them vetted gives presenting Delegates more useful knowledge of the types of cases and manner of discussion during the exam.
HOW TO JOIN: Join either the Telegram or Whatsapp group to receive the code. I normally send this 5 to 10 minutes before the webinar. I advertise the dates on this site, in the groups and also on social media.
HOW TO PRESENT: Please let me know if you would like to present. It is normally first come first serve.
HOW TO WATCH: Have a Zoom account. Log in before the webinar and then wait for the code.
ORIGIN OF COURSE: In recent years many doctors attempting the FRCR 2B exam struggle to receive free teaching. The aim is to provide ‘out of work hours’ support for the exam to those who feel they would benefit. By asking people to contribute cases, this creates a situation of mutual benefit.
WHO IS IT FOR: Anyone who has passed the FRCR 2A and is waiting to sit the FRCR 2B
CAN YOU WATCH THEM AFTER THE WEBINAR: I have not invested in this yet but the aim is to eventually record these and also put on the website.
WHAT IS THE CHARGE: This is FREE. No need to pay for Zoom either as I have a subscription for this.
DISCLAIMER: The advice offered in the webinar are my Opinions regarding the FRCR 2B. I am not formally affiliated with the Royal College of Radiologist
